Plaintiff Joyce Riley, a former nurse at St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital, sued Defendants under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act ("FCA"), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729 & 3730(b). The district court dismissed the complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim. We hold that dismissal was inappropriate at this stage of the litigation and accordingly reverse and remand for further proceedings.
